Andreas Erdmann
AI governance consultant in the Stuttgart region
I am Andreas Erdmann. Erdmann Advisory is my independent advisory offering for AI governance and transformation, based in Leinfelden-Echterdingen in the Stuttgart region, Germany. From 2 November 2026, I support industrial and IT services organisations through advisory, ongoing fractional advisory and interim management, across Germany and DACH, remotely and on site by agreement.
I bring more than 20 years of leadership experience in industrial IT, managed services and transformation. My work in organisational AI governance dates from 2023. I connect management accountability with the practical implementation of roles, decisions and controls.
